Uses of:

The mechanism of Action:
Anti-inflammatory: TEKACORT® stimulates the production of the necessary enzymes to reduce the inflammatory response.
TEKACORT® from Group I is a potent effect of corticosteroids with fluorine that is commonly used in acute dermatosis treatment that has not responded to other corticosteroids with less potency.
Pharmacokinetics:
Absorption: The amount of absorption of TEKACORT® depends on the strength of the effect of the product, the amount used and the position of the skin on the surface. The extent of TEKACORT® absorption is 1% in areas with a thick, horny layer of the skin (palms, palms, elbows and knees) up to 36% in areas with a thin horny layer (face, eyelids, and genital organs). In areas affected by skin, inflammation or dressing, the absorption of the drug increases. Local steroids, in particular, through oral mucosa, have a degree of systemic absorption.
Broadcast: After taking topical application, TEKACORT® is spread throughout the stomach. The amount of drug that absorbs the circulatory system is rapidly removed from the blood and spread into the muscles, liver, skin, intestines and kidneys.
metabolism: After taking topical application, TEKACORT® is metabolized predominantly in the skin. a little amount of the drug absorbed into the systemic circulation metabolizes to the inactive compounds in the liver.
Contraindications:
It is not recommended in patients with more corticosteroids.
Warnings:
Avoid applying bandage or applying other coatings to the area under treatment.

– Skin rash, encrusted, scaly and oozing
– Thinning of the skin with easy bruising, especially when used on the face or where the skin folds together (eg, between the fingers)
Rare
Thinning, weakness, or wasting away of the skin
Recommended Points:
Avoid contact with eyes.
The medication should not be used for more than 14 days.
Dosage:
Adults: It is applied topically twice a day (once in the morning and once in a night) on the affected skin.
Childs: TEKACORT® consumption in children younger than 12 years of age is not recommended.
